Frank Rispoli

Frank J. Rispoli was born on May 28, 1964 in New York City, USA.

He grew up in Germany and studied Environmental Engineering with a degree in January 1993 at the Technical University of Berlin.

Since 1995 he has worked as an auditor for international certification organizations such as TÜV Süd, DQS, SGS and Certiquality and others in the field of quality and environmental management systems as well as occupational safety in Germany, Italy, basically throughout Europe, Russia, Asia and the USA.

Since 2007 he has also started working in the field of energy consumption and reduction.

Since 2009 he has entered the field of certification and verification of renewable energies, in particular Biogas and Biomass. In this sector he has issued more than 1,000 verifications and assessments in about 15 years with which his clients have been able to obtain more than 100 million Euros as incentives.

Some of the clients he managed during that time include BASF-Elastogran, Shell, Dow Chemicals, Degussa, Bosch, Cegelec, Delphi Grundig, Delta Energy, Henkel and many small and medium-sized companies both in Germany and Italy.

Thanks to his accreditation as an inspector in 1998 by the DAU in Germany, he has been able to work independently since 2012 with his own company ManSysCon and ManSysCert, today with a focus on sustainability certification and CO2 certification and carbon credit system.

Today his focus is also on sustainability and CO2 certification as well as carbon credits.

He has a good knowledge of environmental laws both in Germany, Italy and Europe and is also politically engaged in supporting the economic strength of small and medium-sized companies.
