ManSysCon stands for Management System Consulting. The company has been very successful internationally for over 15 years in the field of consultancy, certification and training for management systems in the area of quality, environment, occupational safety and energy. Most recently, we took up work in the field of sustainability management.

ManSysCon was founded in 1996 by Frank J. Rispoli and has since been operated by him in cooperation with other colleagues and freelancers in a dynamic network. To enhance the company structure and give a better focus to the different activities (consulting, certification and training), ManSysCert and ManSysTra were creating in 2014 focusing respectively on certification and training.

The purpose of the company is the introduction and improvement of certifiable management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, EMAS – EU 1221/2011, ISO 50001, EU 333/2011 – End of Waste, and most recently ISO 26000.

The Team

Mr. Rispoli holds a degree in environmental engineering from the Technical University of Berlin. Furthermore he was trained by the DGQ (Germany Society for Quality) as quality management consultant and accredited auditor. Since 1995 he operated as a certification auditor in various industries for internationally renowned organizations. In 1998, he was certified by the DAU (German Accreditation Body for environmental verifiers) as environmental verifier for several industries (according to the NACE code 2003/2008). He is fluent in German, English, Italian, French and Spanish. 

Completing the team, ManSysCon currently employs a freelance consultant Mr. Kreth as well as a student assistant Mr. Kazooba. 

ManSysCon continuously cooperated on projects with external experts and other partners, including Nicole Gottschalk (QUASI, Chemnitz in Germany) and Dr. Wilhelm Ross (ENVIZERT and ELUCERT, Coesfeld in Germany).
